As a Senior Engagement Manager, you will manage more than one project at a time.
Additionally, we will ask you to work on two other areas: focusing on the relationship with client management, so as to be recognized as a thought leader and trusted advisor, and contributing to the strategy and development of our practices.
Client development will be your main area of evaluation.
You will also play a significant role in coaching and mentoring younger colleagues.
