Specific
Coordinate and develop the sales of aftermarket products and solutions through dealers' network together with the Sales Team
Execute and implement sales and marketing strategiesregardingspare parts
Ensure best pricing strategy
Set,focusand review periodic sales,profitand efficiency reports and KPI's
Develop tools and process to support customers business growth in collaboration with the marketing and communication team; you will be involved to define/organize events activities, such as Competence Development Training, Distributor Event, Fairs
Lead the Technical Support Team to provide best support to Distributors
Develop the culture of maintenance ensuring that Distributors have right competence to service our equipment, easy access to solutions and exchange information
Maximize theutilizationof the available aftersales Tools and platforms tooptimizethe process with focus to minimize administration
Report to CTS Division whenrequiredas well asbe responsible forCTS targets achievement
Collaborate with the CTS Divisional Team in the development of new products/service solutions by providing feedback on the reliability of our machines and market needs
Develop relationship with customers through effective communication, interpersonal skills, and professionalism
Develop and provide training to increase the competence level of the Customers
Logistic & service execution excellence
Build andoptimizea direct salesand servicemodel to increase customer engagement and drive sales.
Your skills and experience
Required Experience & Knowledge
Proven track record in sales development and key account and territory management
Experience in customer management and B2B sales.
Excellent negotiation skills, strong customer focus and financial acumen.
Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, CRM systems (C4C), and PowerBI; CAD 2D/3D is a plus.
English proficiency at B2 level or above, Italian mother tongue.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or a related field or similar through life experience.
Personality Requirements
Strong team player and team builder, with solid leadership skills.
Curious, precise, proactive, and entrepreneurial.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively (up to 40%).

Permanent contract
White-collar employee, Level A1, National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry
Starting salary for the relevant pay range from € 65,000 gross per year
