ResponsabilitàOwn end-to-end feature lifecycles from design to production release
Build and optimize high-reliability onboarding, verification, and security flows
Develop backend services for shop discovery, transactions, and personalized user journeys through CRM integrations
Contribute to Plus subscription plans, referrals, and loyalty mechanisms
Manage AWS-based infrastructure (EC2/ECS, S3, Lambda, Kinesis) and evolve microservices
Produce technical documentation and collaborate with Product and Stakeholders
Participate in incident resolution and root-cause analysis to improve system health
Leverage AI tools to speed up coding, analysis, and documentation
Requisiti fondamentali3+ years as a Backend Engineer
Strong Java and Spring Boot experience
Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL)
Cloud experience with AWS (premio)
Performance-focused mindset and user experience awareness
Reliable documentation and maintainable code
Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration
