/p pbRole Description /b The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing a portfolio of clients, and promoting BEIM SA's tailored solutions.
Day-to-day tasks include prospecting, conducting sales meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.
The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships, gathering feedback to improve offerings, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and sustainable growth.
This is a contract role.
It is a hybrid position based in Brescia, with a mix of on-site client visits and office work,



as well as some work from home.
/p pbQualifications /b /p ul liDemonstrated experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
/li liStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
/li liProactive approach to prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management, with good organizational and time-management skills.
/li liAbility to understand client needs and collaborate on tailored, sustainable solutions with internal stakeholders.
/li liComfort working in a hybrid setting in Brescia, including in-person client meetings and remote work.
/li liFluency in Italian and good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
/li liProficiency with CRM tools and standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation tools).
/li liRelevant education in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
