Supply Quality Engineer

In this role you will own and represent Segula Technologies with suppliers to secure quality performance.
You will drive supplier assessments, root-cause problem solving, and timely quality resolutions.
You'll support APQP/PPAP processes and specialist supplier development activities, including on-site crisis support when needed.
You will work to ensure capacity fulfillment and continuous quality improvement at supplier sites, contributing to robust quality systems and cross-functional collaboration with customers.
Represent the company and manage supplier relationships
Lead root cause analysis and implement effective quality resolutions for manufacturing issues
Manage supplier crisis on-site within 24 hours when required
Ensure supplier understanding and compliance with APQP processes and PPAP submissions/approvals
Develop and execute plans to meet quoted capacity using Run at Rate workbook
Improve supplier quality performance through on-site workshops and helping develop robust supplier quality systems
