Hideaway Beach Resort Spa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Manager for a two-month contract assignment to elevate service standards and enhance operational excellence across our luxury resort. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAssess training needs across operational departments and develop targeted learning initiatives. /li liDesign and deliver practical training programs focused on luxury hospitality service standards. /li liConduct classroom sessions, workshops, and on-the-job coaching. /li liProvide specialized training in fine dining service, wine and beverage knowledge, service sequencing, guest engagement, butler service, front office operations, and housekeeping standards. /li liDevelop seasonal training plans and tailor learning content to operational requirements. /li liWork closely with department heads to ensure training objectives align with business needs. /li liEvaluate training effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.



/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liProven experience in Learning Development within a five-star luxury resort environment. /li liExcellent facilitation, presentation, coaching, and interpersonal skills. /li liDemonstrated ability to design and deliver training programs covering fine dining etiquette, wine and beverage knowledge, service sequencing, and guest interaction protocols. /li liStrong knowledge of butler service standards and front office operations. /li liSolid understanding of luxury housekeeping standards and best practices. /li liAbility to create and deliver training content based on seasonal operational demands. /liliHands-on approach with a strong ability to provide effective on-the-job training and coaching. /li liWillingness to live and work in a remote island environment. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liCompetitive remuneration package plus service charge /li liComplimentary meals. /li liAccommodation provided /li liA unique opportunity to share your expertise in paradise /li /ul pContract Duration: Two (2) Months vetrinabakeca /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
