MICLA Engineering & Design is seeking a Total Warranty Spending Control Leader for ADAS to manage warranty costs across multiple vehicles in the EMEA region. You will drive early risk detection, implement robust corrective actions, and coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Validation, Quality, Purchasing and After Sales.

The role requires strong data analysis, experience with ADAS electronic systems, and leadership without hierarchical authority to deliver cost containment
