ResponsabilitàDesign and implement new features and frameworks for the Liferay Platform and related products
Write high-quality, maintainable code and control technical debt
Participate in peer reviews and team knowledge sharing

Use Git and GitHub daily (branches, merges, PRs, rebases)
Contribute to an open-source, cross-functional environment with a strong ethical stance

Adhere to agile development values and practices
Requisiti fondamentali+5 years of experience in software engineering best practices
Proficiency in Java, JavaScript (React), Freemarker, SQL
Proficient with Git (DVCS) and branching patterns (git-flow, PRs, rebases)
English and Italian fluency (written and spoken)
Self-starter, quick learner, proactive, and strong team player
Attention to detail and willingness to learn from others
Experience contributing to open source, hackathons, or coding meetups (preferred)
Familiarity with agile development values and practices
