Senior Product Information Engineer at Wärtsilä works to create, maintain, and improve technical product information for the 4-stroke engine portfolio. You will manage product configurators, Teamcenter, and information systems to ensure accurate, available data across the lifecycle, collaborating with global experts. This role supports digitalization initiatives and standardization, shaping how information enables customer value and operational efficiency.
You will engage with new products and drive continuous improvement in product information management, offering growth and ownership of challenging tasks.

Responsabilità
- Own maintenance, development, and continuous improvement of product configurators and related data
- Ensure accurate reporting and documentation for traceability and audits
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and other stakeholders to enable customer value
- Promote best practices, drive standardization and continuous improvement across Wärtsilä
- Support the digitalization journey and information solutions development
Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience with KnowledgeBuilder, Palma, Tacton, Teamcenter or similar tools
- Advanced knowledge of LB engine products, systems, xkiyazw and customer understanding
- Several years in technical information production/development roles
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
- Fluent English, analytic and systematic approach
- Strong self-management and organizational skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
