Your tasksTechnical authority responsible for defining broadband optical communication IC architectures and technology RoadmapsDefines architectures for broadband optical communication ICs and provides technical leadership for strategic developmentsDevelop system and IC architecturesTranslate requirements into subsystem specificationsLead architecture trade-off analysisSupport implementation teams through development and validationParticipate in customer and technology roadmap discussionsGuide engineering teams on architectural decisionsWho we are looking forMSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field15+ years semiconductor IC development experienceMultiple successful broadband optical communication IC tape-outs in advanced CMOS nodesBroadband optical communication IC and PHY architectures, including high-speed optical links,



electro-optical interfaces and link-level trade-offs; awareness of layout-dependent effects is an advantageTIA, VCSEL drivers, SerDes, PLL/CDR and ADC/DAC architecturesAdvanced CMOS node experience, including FinFET and/or FD-SOI, is requiredMATLAB, Python and/or system modeling toolsams OSRAM is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
