We are currently seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our Account teamasAccount Assistant.

What you will do

As anAccount Assistant,the candiadate willsupport the Account team during the entire creative development cycle of brands design & communication projects, from brief to delivery; reporting to the Account Executive.

- Collaborate with senior account in the development and coordination of packaging, communication and below the line activities;
- Managing projects from development to completion including schedule creation, budgeting and invoicing;
- Support the team to handle multiple projects at the same time;
- Communicate with marketing departments in the execution of creative projects (presentation,



revisions, approval);
- Participate to meetings, prepare reports documenting meeting discussion;
- Undertake administrative tasks.

Skills & Requirements

- Degree in Marketing or Communication;
- At least 1 year experience in communication/packaging below the line agencies or marketing departments;
- Good organizational and time-management skills;
- Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook;

Thepositionoffersagrossannualsalaryof€25.102,00.Additional compensation and company benefits may also apply and will be discussed and defined during the selection process and on an individual basis.

For this position, we offer a fixed term contract (12 months).
