Position: Healthcare Administrative Specialist
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 15+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Design realistic, complex scenarios based on deep experience in healthcare operations.
- Build supporting records and author tasks to train AI agents.
- Evaluate healthcare operations tasks for AI model training and improvement.
- Focus on medical coding, prior authorization, and revenue cycle operations.
- Work independently with flexible hours and asynchronous collaboration.
- Ensure tasks align with regulatory and compliance standards.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in healthcare administrative roles.
- Experience with payer portals, EHR platforms, and coding tools.
- 15+ hours/week commitment.
Preferred
- Experience owning exceptions and disputes, such as appeals or coding audits.
- Experience across multiple care settings or on both provider and payer sides.
