Based inFlorence, you will primarily work on projects within Italy, while also providingremote support to international customerswhen required.
The Role
As aSoftware Engineer, you design, develop, and maintain reliable software solutions used in complex healthcare environments, where quality, performance, and stability matter.
What You'll Do
Design and develop new features and modules for healthcare software solutions
Maintain and improve existing applications with a strong focus on quality and performance
Design, code, debug, test, and deliverclean, maintainable software
Build reusable components to improve long?term consistency and scalability
Collaborate on technical documentation and knowledge sharing
Work closely withItalian customers and stakeholders




Provideremote supportto international projects and Ascom sites when required
Develop integrations with hospital and clinicalIT systems
What We're Looking For
Solid experience withMicrosoft C# and ASP.NET Core
Strong hands?on experience building and consumingREST and SOAP APIs
Experience working withdistributed systemsand system integrations
Understanding of software quality, performance, and maintainability principles
Ability to work across the full development lifecycle (design ? delivery ? support)
Comfortable collaborating with customers and cross?functional teams
Experience in healthcare, medical, or highly regulated environments is a plus
