Purpose of the position:
As
Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance Engineer,
you will respond to the
COMMISSIONING
and be part of the
Energy Carriers
Business Line. In this role you will manage a dedicated team.
How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:
Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and operation activities. Execute technical tasks assigned by the Project Commissioning and Operation Lead, including preparation of plans, procedures, system dossiers, operating instructions and test run activities.
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements. Support HSE reviews, PSSR meetings and field safety observations, ensuring all activities are performed in line with safety and environmental requirements.
Interface with engineering, vendors, licensors and subcontractors. Coordinate technical matters with internal disciplines and external parties to support commissioning, operation and maintenance readiness.
Provide engineering and troubleshooting support. Identify solutions to technical problems during commissioning or operations, support root cause analysis, and contribute to corrective actions for operational issues.
Review and maintain technical documentation. Review operating manuals, procedures, HSE plans, commissioning spare parts and consumables lists, and keep engineering documents updated through red-marking and feedback from site activities.

In one sentence:
we need a technically sound engineer with commissioning experience, operational awareness, HSE discipline, good interface capability and a hands-on attitude to support the project from engineering preparation through start-up and handover to operations.
Education:
Bachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering Discipline (Preferably Chemical or Mechanical)
Experience:
At least 8-10 years of experience in a similar role within the FPSO and offshore platform industry.
Languages:
English (Advanced) French (nice to have)
Technical/IT Skills
Work in Task Force coordinating with the project team, the different companies of the JVs and the Client.
Ability to support commissioning design reviews, commissioning execution plans, procedures, system dossiers, operating manuals, test-run procedures, HSE plans and start-up activities.
Strong capability to read, interpret and comment technical documentation such as P&IDs;, isometrics, plot plans, piping arrangements, procedures, manuals and engineering mark-ups.
Technical knowledge of FPSO PLANT and Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Start Up and Operation activities.
Knowledge of the CMS, Engineering Systems and Tools (HEXAGON, WINPCS, ICAPS, etc.).
Knowledge of PC, Windows, Office Software and IT implementation background.
Capable to Read,
interpret & prepare applicable technical information.
What else should you know?
You will have the opportunity to travel abroad based on the projects you will work for and within the GELIGA (KUTEI II) in HO, Yard & Offshore Site assigned.
