The role is responsible for ensuring service reliability, security, operational excellence, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards while coordinating internal teams and external partners.Job ResponsibilitiesLead the operational team responsible for Active Directory / Entra ID, Exchange On-Premises and Exchange Online, Certificate lifecycle management, File & Print Services, DNS, DHCP and GPO and Power Platform & CopilotEnsure stability, continuity and performance of all Microsoft platform services.Oversee incident,
problem and change management processes.Handle operational escalations and coordinate with vendors for 3rd level supportWork closely with the Architecture Team to implement approved designs and standardsMonitor and improve service KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.Drive operational automation, standardization and documentation.Manage relationships with vendors and external support teams.Support audit, compliance and security related operational requirements.Qualifications & SkillsMaster's degree in a technical or scientific discipline.At least 6 years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure operations within complex enterprise environments, with minimum 2 years of leadership or coordination experience.Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange, Windows infrastructure services, Power Platform and Copilot.Good understanding of ITIL processes and service management practices.Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent English; German is a plus.Equal opportunity, pay transparency & fairnessThe compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills and the scope of the role, applying objective and gender-neutral criteria. As a reference, for such position we offer a salary ranging between 52.000 and 77.000 . You will also be part of the Ariston Group short-term incentive/sales incentive program.
