Their responsibilities span the mid-to-late stages of project execution, centering on ensuring that systems are installed in accordance with design specifications and undergo systematic testing to achieve optimal performance and safety standards . /p pbResponsibilities /b /p ul liParticipate in the commissioning, project delivery, and acceptance of large-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. /li liPerform commissioning, troubleshooting, and defect resolution for battery containers/cabinets, including:Fire Suppression System (FSS),Liquid Cooling System (HVAC/TMS),DC Circuits (up to 1500V DC),Auxiliary AC Circuits (220V/400V AC),BMS Communication Systems /li liAssist with the commissioning of PCS (Power Conversion System) and EMS (Energy Management System), with a basic understanding of their operating principles. /li liSupport on-site issue analysis, fault diagnosis, corrective actions, and issue closure together with the project team. /li liParticipate in Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), grid connection testing, and project acceptance activities. /li liSupport customer training on system operation, maintenance, and product usage.
/li liTrack commissioning issues through to closure and ensure projects are delivered according to schedule. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams (RD, Quality, After-Sales Service, Project Management, etc.) to resolve site issues efficiently. /li liComply with EHS (Environment, Health Safety) requirements and ensure safe execution of all commissioning activities. /li /ul pbQualifications /b /p ul liBachelor's degree or above. /li liPreferred majors include Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, Energy Engineering, Renewable Energy Technology, or related disciplines. /li li1-3 years of experience in electrical equipment commissioning, energy projects, or related industries. /li liFamiliarity with one or more of the following areas:Basic knowledge of primary and secondary electrical systems; /li liEnergy storage systems, photovoltaic (PV) systems, and power systems; /li liBasic principles of BMS, PCS, and EMS; /li liIndustrial communication protocols such as CAN and Modbus RTU/TCP;Communication networks and fieldbus technologies. /li liAbility to read and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and communication topology drawings. /li liKnowledge of BESS grid-connection processes, substation equipment, and power plant delivery procedures is preferred. /li liProficient in Microsoft Office and other standard office software. /li liStrong analytical, communication, coordination, and teamwork skills. /li liFluent in English for daily work and on-site communication; Mandarin Chinese proficiency is required. /li liWillingness to travel extensively and undertake long-term assignments at project sites ovberseas. /b /li /ul pbPreferred Qualifications /b /p ul liExperience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), photovoltaic (PV), or wind power projects. /li liLow-voltage and/or high-voltage electrical certification, or equivalent electrical qualifications. xysqume /li liExperience working on international projects or in a multicultural environment. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
