Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to customers in Italy using Axess systems Install, configure, and maintain ticketing and access control systems Deliver remote and on-site support at ski resorts and tourist facilities Test and verify software, RFID and BLE devices, point-of-sale systems, and automatic turnstiles Support the commissioning and startup of new installations and projects Collaborate with Axess international technical and development teams Required Profile Diploma in Information Technology, Electronics, or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering Passion for IT and emerging technologies Basic knowledge of computer networks,
