ppThe Construction Machinery Department in Italy is looking for a bService Area Manager /b to provide technical support to the Italian dealer network, reporting directly to the Service Manager.
/ppThe successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening dealer performance, supporting after-sales activities, and contributing to the continuous improvement of Kubota's Construction Machinery products and services.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliPromote and support the implementation of Kubota's after-sales service strategies across the dealer network.
/liliProvide technical assistance and guidance to Italian dealers and their service teams on the Construction Machinery product range.
/liliAct as the primary interface between dealers and Kubota factories for technical matters and escalations.
/liliVisit assigned dealers regularly to assess service performance, share technical expertise, and provide on-site support when required.
/liliSupport dealers in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, both remotely and in the field.
/liliCollect, analyze, and report product quality and reliability issues, preparing statistics and technical reports for internal stakeholders and factories.
/liliMonitor service activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction.
/liliCollaborate closely with other members of the Service Department, sharing knowledge, best practices, and field experience.
/liliDeliver technical training sessions and support the development of dealer service staff competencies when needed.
/li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliTechnical background in Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, or Construction Equipment Engineering.
/liliStrong knowledge and hands?on experience with electrical and hydraulic systems; experience with earthmoving or construction machinery is highly preferred.
/liliPrevious experience in a similar after-sales, technical support, or service management role.
/liliProven experience in dealer support and dealer network management.
/liliFluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
/liliProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
/liliStrong communication, problem?solving, and decision?making skills.
/liliTeam?oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
/liliAbility and willingness to share technical knowledge; previous training delivery experience would be considered an asset.
/liliAvailability to travel frequently within Italy and occasionally across Europe, including extended travel periods when required.
