/p h3About the Role /h3 pThe Customer Service Sales Engineer will support the business operation in the assigned areas.
/p pMain responsibilities include: /p ul liManage sales opportunities in the assigned geographies in collaboration with Customer Service Area manager, regional colleagues, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction; /li liCoordinate the internal processes (involving engineering / operations) to manage end to end CS projects,



from offer to order and delivery to customer; /li liAssure project margin results along execution process and keep aligned communication both on customers and internal stakeholders; /li liPromote and develop continuous improvement process inside Customer Service department.
/li /ul h3What You Need to Be Successful /h3 ul liEngineering Degree (Mechanical, Electronic or equivalent) /li liAt least 2-3 years in Sales roles /li liUnderstanding of mechanical components and industrial machinery (preferred); /li liPassion and curiosity for technical topics; /li liCustomer orientation and customer service mindset; /li liGood analytical and problem?solving skills; /li liEnglish proficiency; knowing other languages will be considered as a plus.
/li /ul h3Our offer /h3 ul liCompensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR *****, in line with experience.
The actual offer may exceed this minimum based on the candidate's qualifications and fit for the role.
