ppRINA is currently recruiting for a bLombardy Industrial Services Inspector /b to join its office in bMilan, Italy /b within the bMediterranean Africa Certification /b Division.
/p h3Mission /h3 pThe role focuses on ensuring the quality of training and personnel certification services, in compliance with the relevant regulatory standards.
/p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liConducting personnel certification examinations as an examiner, in accordance with accreditation standards for the different professions (e.g. operators responsible for civil and industrial NDT); /li liPreparing, delivering and reporting on training courses aimed at personnel certification (e.g. operators responsible for civil and industrial NDT), including drafting, reviewing and updating teaching materials; /li liExamining materials, production/process procedures and test methods (e.g. NDT) to ensure they meet certification requirements.
/li liCommunicating with clients, answering their questions competently and providing information on the technical requirements of certification schemes; /li liKeeping up to date with technical practices, industry standards and regulations to ensure the highest quality level in service delivery and compliance with the latest regulatory requirements; /li liMaintaining and expanding personal qualifications through continuity in service delivery and participation in appropriate training and refresher courses; /li liIdentifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing to increasing their efficiency and effectiveness; /li liPromoting and complying with safety measures, ensuring that operations are carried out safely and in compliance with requirements among colleagues,



clients and partners; /li liAssessing the reliability and maintenance of equipment and facilities in RINA Examination Centres in compliance with safety requirements, in collaboration with Product and Scheme Managers, HSE and Real Estate.
/li /ul h3Education /h3 pBachelor's Degree in Engineering General /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liProfessional Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in industrial inspection, certification or technical inspection roles, preferably within industrial services, equipment or manufacturing environments.
/li liProven experience in performing non-destructive testing in the industrial sector (Level 2/3 operator); /li liPossible proven experience in performing non-destructive testing in the civil sector (Level 2/3 operator); /li liAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals and compliance documentation; /li liProficiency in the use of technical inspection instruments and testing equipment; /li liInterpersonal and teaching skills; /li liExcellent written and oral communication skills to report examination results and interact with clients and collaborators; /li liKnowledge of regulatory standards and personnel certifications; /li liAbility to work and organise work independently; /li liWritten and spoken knowledge of English and Italian; /li liWillingness to travel for work.

/li /ul h3Compensation Data /h3 pThe salary range and job grade for this position are defined based on objective, role-related criteria and responsibilities in accordance with bCCNL RINA /b (CNEL code I480).
The gross annual salary range foreseen is between b€****** and € ****** /b and will be finally defined on candidate's professional experience, qualifications, competencies and overall alignment with the role.
In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.
The overall compensation package is complemented by the Company's welfare.
