At Topcon, we help customers build infrastructure and grow food more efficiently and sustainably. /ph3Join our Cloud Software Development team and help drive cloud modernization, lead cross-functional projects, and support the technology behind the industries building and feeding the world. /h3h3What You'll Do /h3ulliLead the planning and delivery of cloud and software development projects from initiation through implementation. /liliCoordinate activities across Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Product Management, and business teams. /liliDrive cloud migration, modernization, integration, and platform transformation initiatives. /liliManage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resources. /liliFacilitate collaboration across globally distributed teams and external partners. /liliSupport technical discussions around cloud platforms, integrations, APIs, infrastructure, security, and modernization strategies. /liliProvide clear project reporting, stakeholder communication, and delivery governance. /liliContinuously improve project delivery processes and ways of working. /li /ulh3What You'll Bring /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. /lili5+ years of experience managing software, cloud, or technology projects.
/liliExperience delivering complex cross-functional projects involving cloud platforms, integrations, or modernization initiatives. /liliStrong understanding of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform environments. /liliExperience working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies. /liliAbility to lead projects across multiple teams, stakeholders, and geographies. /liliStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. /liliFluent English. /li /ulh3Nice to Have /h3ulliPMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe, AWS, Azure, or similar certifications. /liliExperience with cloud migration and legacy modernization programs. /liliFamiliarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools. /liliExposure to AI-assisted development practices. /liliExperience within IoT, connected devices, or software-hardware environments. /li /ulh3Why Join Topcon? /h3pAt Topcon, you'll be part of a global team where people are trusted to take ownership, share ideas, and make an impact.
