/p pThe role reports to the Industrial Engineer Supervisor and is based in Colico, (Italy). /p h3Roles and Responsibilities /h3 ul liImplement Lean Manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives. /li liTechnical and operational support to Manufacturing Manager and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing teams. /li liManage the budget for capital investments and tooling. /li liIndustrial project coordination, including installation, commissioning, and start-up of new machinery equipment and production systems. /li liMonitor and analyze production costs (overhead analysis with regular monitoring, reporting, and variance analysis) and identify costs arising from non‑conformities. /li liSupplier and non‑conformity cost management, including identification and recovery of costs related to supplier‑related quality issues. /li liManage the production time‑tracking system. /li liPerformance management and KPI analysis, supporting operational and strategic decision‑making. /li liGenerate and analyze operational statistics and reports. /li liContractor supervision and HSE compliance, ensuring coordination, regulatory adherence, and safe execution of external activities. /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in engineering or another relevant technical discipline. /li liContinuous improvement mindset,
