In this role, you will be responsible for establishing, refining, and monitoring quality management systems across marketing, sales, and delivery operations. Contract: 1 year contract powered by Randstad Italia SpA
Salary: €27,000 - €35,000 gross/year (commensurate with experience)
Meal vouchers: €8/working day

Key Responsibilities
- Quality Management & Process Improvement: Establish and continuously enhance quality management systems and operational mechanisms. Embed quality standards directly into business processes to drive end-to-end continuous improvement across sales, marketing, and delivery.
- Operational & Risk Analysis: Conduct integrated operational analysis using processes, business regulations, and operational sandboxes.
Identify efficiency bottlenecks, quality gaps, and compliance risks to streamline workflows and boost overall process efficiency.
- Operational Support & Goal Execution: Monitor daily operational activities and utilize platform data analysis to support the execution, tracking, and successful landing of domain-level strategic goals.
Requirements
- Trilingual Communication: Verbal and written fluency in English, Italian, and Chinese (mandatory) to align cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Data-Driven Analytical Rigor: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales operations, KPI management, or data analysis, with a strong ability to translate complex project metrics into actionable insights and risk mitigation plans.
- Operational Leadership & Agility: Demonstrated track record of managing multiple high-priority projects in fast-paced environments while maintaining strict attention to detail under tight deadlines.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint). Prior experience with CRM platforms, project tracking software, or quality management tools is a strong plus. xysqume
