/li liExecute hardware deployments and decommissions /li liMonitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security) /li liRespond to incidents and perform troubleshooting /liliMaintain accurate documentation and asset tracking /liliCollaborate with engineering and operations teams /liliParticipate in capacity planning and upgrades /lili3+ years data center operations experience /liliExpert cabling skills (Cat6/6a, OM3/OM4/OS2 fiber) /liliStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities /liliExperience with rack and stack operations /liliUnderstanding of power distribution and UPS systems /liliExcellent documentation and communication skills /liliAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments /liliData center certifications (CDCP, CDCS, CDCE) - preferred /liliVendor certifications (Dell, HPE, Cisco) - preferred /liliNetwork certifications (CCNA, JNCIA) - preferred /liliExperience with DCIM platforms - preferred /liliKnowledge of ITIL practices - preferred /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
