Do you want to take on responsibility, actively shape change, and make an important contribution to the company's success? As an Accounting Manager, you will play an active role in shaping the future of the Accounting function and driving the continuous development of processes and systems.
Your Responsibilities
Responsibility for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting
Strong knowledge of the relevant Italian accounting principles; knowledge of IFRS is considered an advantage
Ensuring compliance with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements
Experience in the preparation and management of annual financial statements
Managing and continuously improving accounting processes and structures
In-depth knowledge of end-to-end accounting processes, with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing more efficient workflows, digitalization initiatives, and optimization projects within accounting
Supporting change and transformation processes
Proactive identification and evaluation of funding programs and grants




Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Providing professional leadership and development of the accounting team
Your Profile
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a comparable qualification is an advantage
Several years of professional experience in accounting, with solid expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting
Strong knowledge of relevant accounting standards and tax requirements
Experience in audit firms or external auditing companies is an advantage
Experience with ERP systems, ideally Business Central and/or SAP
Leadership experience combined with excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience in process optimization, digitalization, and change management
Hands-on mentality, strategic mindset, and a high level of personal responsibility
Excellent German and/or Italian as well as English language skills
