Interior Architect

17 set - Lisciano Niccone
Reschio

Reschio is seeking an Interior Architect to work in close collaboration with the Senior Interior Architect, who reports directly to Count Benedikt Bolza, Owner and Chief Creative Architect, contributing to the development of exceptional private residential interiors within one of Europe's most distinctive architectural and design environments. This is a role for an interior architect of solid technical maturity, discipline and judgement. The successful candidate will work with the team, translating the creative direction of Count Bolza and the Reschio design leadership into precise, coherent and buildable interior drawings, furniture specifications, material palettes and construction details.

The position requires the ability to understand, protect and develop a clearly defined interior design language with rigour, sensitivity and technical precision — from spatial layout and joinery detail to the selection of fabrics, finishes and bespoke furniture. The ideal candidate will combine design intelligence with method, patience and an uncompromising attention to detail. Founded in 1999, the Reschio design studio has developed a highly structured architectural culture and a distinctive design imprint, supported today by three Senior Architects and eight draftspersons.

Within this environment, standards of drawing, proportion, materiality and construction detail — including those specific to interiors and furniture — are carefully codified and consistently refined across projects. Working at Reschio means engaging with a singular design culture in which architecture,

interiors and gardens are understood as three branches of one soul. Restoration, landscape, craftsmanship, furniture, light and the lived experience of each house are treated holistically, not as separate disciplines but as parts of one continuous design language.

Main duties and responsibilities:

- Produce detailed technical drawings for interior projects across all design phases, including layouts, accessory selection and construction details, ensuring meticulous attention to detail at every stage and full coherence with the design direction set by Count Bolza and the Senior Interior Architect.
- Contribute to achieving project goals, upholding rigorous quality standards and meeting deadlines.
- Assist in monitoring site works, ensuring that every detail is executed on schedule and to the highest standard.
- Work closely with the Senior Interior Architect in preparing detailed furniture specifications, with a sharp eye for materials, finishes and craftsmanship.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent professional qualification.

- Minimum of 10 years' professional experience with a strong background in interior design for high-end residential architecture, restoration, hospitality or bespoke private projects.

Required skills:

- Proven ability to deliver technically precise architectural drawings and construction details.
- Excellent understanding of methods, materials, detailing and site execution.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; knowledge of 3D tools, Revit, Rhinoceros, Photoshop and Microsoft Office is desirable.
- A refined architectural sensibility, with the ability to work within an established design language.
- Exceptional attention to detail, method, order and consistency.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage priorities across multiple workstreams.
- Ability to communicate clearly with craftsmen, contractors and site teams.
- High level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality.
- Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.

We offer:

- A rare opportunity to work within one of Europe's most distinctive private estates and architectural environments.
- Involvement in exceptional residential projects defined by restoration, craftsmanship, landscape and design excellence.
- A refined, international and highly ambitious working environment.
- Competitive compensation under a VAT-registered (P.IVA) agreement. Regular on-site presence is required to ensure effective collaboration.
- Learning and development opportunities within a dynamic and multidisciplinary organisation.

Further details will be provided during the interview process.
