We are looking for an
IT Infrastructure Architect (FinOps)
to support a cloud cost optimisation project focused on
Azure, AWS, and IBM Apptio
.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and optimise cloud costs across Azure and AWS
Create FinOps reports and dashboards using IBM Apptio
Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements
Define cloud governance, tagging strategies, and cost allocation models
Gather business and technical requirements from stakeholders
Develop Python scripts for automation and reporting
Required Skills
? FinOps experience (Inform, Optimise, Operate)
? Azure:
Azure Cost Management
Landing Zones
Policies & Governance




Resource Graph & KQL
Functions & Event Hubs
? AWS:
Cost Explorer
AWS Budgets
AWS Organizations
AWS Config
Lambda & SNS
Core services (EC2, EKS, S3, EFS, Databases)
? Python scripting and automation
? Cloud cost analysis and optimisation
? Fluent Italian and professional English
Nice to Have
IBM Apptio Cloudability experience
FinOps Certifications (FOCP, FCE, FCP)
Experience
Ideally 3+ years in FinOps
Candidates with 2+ years of FinOps experience and strong Apptio knowledge will also be considered
