OverviewAs an Aero Operations Strategy Analyst, you enable data-driven decisions by integrating performance analytics, predictive modeling, and risk management across the GTS Aero programs.
You translate complex data into executive-grade insights, linking KPIs, risk indicators, and mitigation actions to improve program resilience and performance.
You work with cross-functional partners to support decision gates, risk boards, and steering discussions, shaping how we manage cost, schedule, and execution at scale.

ResponsabilitàAnalyze program data to support KPI calculation, risk indicators, and performance monitoring
Identify leading indicators signaling emerging risks or deviations from plan
Develop what-if simulations and sensitivity analyses to assess risk drivers on cost, schedule, and performance
Provide data-driven reports and dashboards to Project Managers and leadership
Support risk management across the full program lifecycle, including risk registers and contingency plans
Contribute to qualitative and quantitative risk analysis with scenario definition and impact assessment
Prepare clear, business-oriented reports for executive stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
Ensure HS&E; compliance and governance in all activities
Learn and apply internal risk management tools and reporting software
Requisiti fondamentaliData analysis and performance analytics experience
Basic to intermediate risk analysis methodologies (qualitative & quantitative)
Predictive modeling, simulation, and scenario analysis
Strong proficiency with analytical tools (advanced Excel, SQL, Python/R, BI tools)
Experience with cost, schedule, and operational KPIs
Hands-on, execution-oriented mindset
Ability to synthesize data into clear risk and performance insights
Effective communication with Project Managers and executive stakeholders
