Profilo Documentation Specialist - Food Industry Location: Crema (CR), Italy Adecco Italia S.p.A., on behalf of a leading company operating in the food industry, is seeking a Documentation Specialist.
The successful candidate will join the team and be responsible for managing, creating, and updating technical documentation related to products, ingredients, and packaging, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Responsabilita Key Responsibilities Create and maintain product, ingredient, and packaging specifications.
Liaise directly with suppliers and internal stakeholders to collect, verify, and validate technical information.
Develop and manage product labeling content in compliance with current regulations.
Enter and update recipe-related information.
Create and manage Bills of Materials.
Support documentation compliance activities and data quality processes.
Skill e Professionalita Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Food Science and Technology, Chemistry, Nutrition/Dietetics, or a related field.
Previous experience, including internships or traineeships, in Quality, R&D;, or Regulatory Affairs is considered an advantage.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Good knowledge of IT tools and systems.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP is highly desirable.

Compensation & Employment Conditions Indicative annual gross salary (RAL): €28,000 - €30,000 .
Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL): Food Industry .
Job Grade: Level 8 .
Initial 6-month fixed-term contract , with the possibility of extension.
Employment Category: Clerical Employee (White-Collar) .
