Descrizione dell’offerta di lavoroWe are looking for an experienced, energetic, and hands-on Food &, Beverage Manager to take overall responsibility for BAR BOCA and lead both the front- & back-of-house teams. Key responsibilities include:Overall Leadership: Take responsibility for the day-to-day operation and performance of the restaurant, ensuring a consistently high-quality guest experience.Team Management &, Development: Lead, mentor, coach and inspire the Executive Chef, Restaurant Manager and wider F&, B team.Culture &, Teamwork: Create a respectful, positive and professional working environment that encourages teamwork, employee development, motivation and accountability.Financial Management: Manage daily cost controls, budgets, revenue targets and financial performance while identifying opportunities to improve profitability.Operational Standards: Maintain high standards of service, presentation, food quality, hygiene, safety and overall restaurant operations.Purchasing &, Controls: Oversee purchasing, inventory, supplier relationships and operational controls in collaboration with the Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager.Market &, Commercial Awareness: Understand the local Curaçao market,



guest preferences, buying patterns and emerging hospitality trends, while developing opportunities for events, groups and incentive business.Guest Experience: Be a visible and welcoming presence in the restaurant, building relationships with guests and ensuring issues are handled professionally and efficiently.Requirements:Proven experience in Food &, Beverage Management, Restaurant Management or Hospitality Management, preferably in an upscale restaurant, resort or hotel environment.Degree or relevant qualification in Hospitality, Business Administration, Hotel &, Restaurant Management or Food Service Management preferred.Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.Commercially minded with a solid understanding of budgeting, cost control and revenue management.Self-driven, energetic, hands-on and solution-oriented.Fluent in English, Dutch, Spanish and/or Papiamentu are an advantage.Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.Valid driving license preferred.Professional, representative and a strong team player.vetrinabakeca#J-18808-Ljbffr
