CLIENT ADVISOR LA RINASCENTE, MILANO OFFERING: Basic salary up to €28K, depending on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver an exceptional and personalised customer experience, with a strong focus on CRM, clienteling, client book development and after-sales service.
Consistently uphold company standards, supporting Visual Merchandising, stockroom operations and cash desk activities when required.
Maintain strong product and collection knowledge, staying up to date with the latest launches and demonstrating a proactive, positive and constructive attitude.
REQUIREMENTS: 3+ years of experience within a premium or luxury fashion environment, with solid RTW expertise.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an energetic, responsible and autonomous approach.
Fluent English required.
