Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you will support and contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance and production performance through the following activities:Analyzing weekly maintenance reports and verifying the effectiveness and consistency of corrective actionsSupporting the integration of Professional Maintenance and Autonomous Maintenance activities, including the update of Autonomous Maintenance schedulesMonitoring and analyzing weekly production reports and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) indicatorsVerifying the consistency of key maintenance KPIs, such as MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair), against production data and reportsWhat we're looking for:A degree (or final-year studies) in Mechanical Engineering, Management Engineering, or a related fieldA strong interest in manufacturing environments, industrial processes, and continuous improvement methodologiesMotivation to develop your career within a World Class Manufacturing (WCM) environment.
