/p h3How Your Agenda Looks Like /h3 ul liQuantify Bolton environmental footprints, such as carbon emissions, water balance, energy consumption, and waste generation, collecting, managing and analyzing environmental data.
/li liDesign Group environmental strategies and policies, in collaboration with the Business Units, to reduce environmental impacts, including the climate transition plan (mitigation and adaptation), water stewardship strategy and sustainable sourcing policies.
/li liPrepare reports for internal stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and sustainability disclosures (e.g., CDP, ESRS), as well as steer the company in advancing the Science Based Targets.
/li liCoordinate environmental audits (limited assurance in line with the GHG Protocol) and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement (TCFD, ISSB).
/li liExplore new technologies or practices that reduce emissions and enhance climate and water resilience.
/li liLiaise with corporate stakeholders in the climate, water and circularity areas.
/li /ul h3Your Team /h3 pYou'll directly report to our Sustainability Manager.
/p pThe role does not include direct reports.
/p h3What Makes You a Great Fit /h3 ul liEducation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering; /li liWork Experience: 4-5 years of experience in climate-related projects within large multinational companies; /li liTechnical Skills:
ul liStrong knowledge of environmental science, sustainability frameworks, and life cycle assessment (LCA and PCF; Scope 1, 2 and 3); /li liFamiliarity with ISO *****, ETS Scheme, GHG Protocol and SBTi; /li liFamiliarity with Carbon Credits; /li liProficiency in decarbonization roadmaps' development; /li liProficiency in data analysis tools, sustainability reporting platforms and suppliers' engagement tool like ECOVADIS; /li /ul /li liLocal language: fluency in Italian and English, any other language is considered a plus.
