Within walking distance of iconic landmarks such as the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and historic piazzas, surrounded by vibrant streets, culture, and authentic Italian lifestyle.About The RoleGreet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.Handle reservations, room assignments, and billing with accuracy.Provide information on hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.Respond to guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B;,
and other departments to meet guest needs.Follow front office procedures and standards for service, safety, and compliance.Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in the PMS.Build positive relationships with guests by providing attentive and personalized service.Use hotel systems and digital tools effectively to manage reservations and guest services.Share guest feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.Adapt quickly to guest needs and apply creative solutions in daily tasks.Experience & SkillsDiploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred.Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a Front Office/Reception role, preferably within the hospitality industry.Knowledge of PMS and front office systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar) is a plus.Friendly, proactive, and able to work under pressure with a guest-first mindset.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.Previous experience with Opera Cloud is strongly desired.For non-EU candidates, it is necessary to have a valid residence permit to work in Italy; otherwise, there is no chance of being hired.Fluent in English and Italian.Initial Contract 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent position.Working Schedule 8-hour shifts per day - 2 days off per weekNational Collective Labour Agreement for Tourism – A.I.C.A.Vantaggi : Daily meal vouchers worth €7.50Rotating shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and nightsAll Front Office team members participate in the night-shift rotation according to operational requirementsJOINING OUR TEAM MEANSCompetitive Compensation: A rewarding package tailored to your experience.Career Growth: Opportunities for advancement within our dynamic organisation.Inclusive Environment: A vibrant and inclusive workplace that encourages collaboration.Shared Purpose: Working with passionate people who live our values every day — connecting, innovating, curating, and leading the way together#J-*****-Ljbffr
