You'll help design, implement, and operate the backend systems that power the LLM, retrieval, data pipelines, and evaluation — turning research into a reliable, secure,
and scalable product.Shape product requirements via discussions with product-side colleagues; Design and write services and APIs, including those involving agents; Develop Front-end interfaces for new features (React) - can be heavily LLM-assisted; Monitor logs and deployments for criticalities; Required skills:Python & FastAPIBasic AI engineering knowledge: orchestrating agents with tools and guardrailsNice-to-haves:Frontend knowledge: ReactGCPPydantic & Pydantic AISupabaseMinimum 2 years of experience, maximum 5 years.OfficesWork model: Hybrid working, combining office presence and remote work, don't worry we're flexible.Compensation:€32,000–€40,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience and qualifications.Working at Fundo.One means joining an early-stage startup where your work has a real, visible impact.
