In this role you translate user behavior and funnel data into actionable insights to improve conversion across web and app channels. You work within a multidisciplinary analytics and performance team to scale the marketing engine quickly and sustainably, balancing quick wins with long-term growth. You'll analyze acquisition funnels, tagging strategies, and on-page behavior to pinpoint friction and opportunities, and you'll partner with content and performance leads to optimize paid traffic and downstream conversions.

You'll also build dashboards and support A/B tests to drive measurable impact.

Responsabilità
- Analyse acquisition funnels to identify drop-offs and improvement opportunities




- Co‐design and maintain tagging/measurement strategy (events, conversions) and implementation
- Study on-page user behavior using session recordings, heatmaps, and click analysis to uncover friction
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for Content Marketing Specialists
- Partner with performance and commercial leaders to assess paid traffic quality and impact on conversions
- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor funnel health and KPI trends
- Support design of A/B tests with data hypotheses and post-test analyses

Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years of experience xkiyazw in a Digital Analytics role
- Strong decision‐making skills to manage critical situations
- Degree in Digital Marketing, Statistics, Engineering, or Economics
- English proficiency
- Experience with analyzing user digital behavior (APP & WEB)
- Proficiency with Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, Optimizely CMS, Hojtarù
