At Fregate Island, the Guest Services Manager / Plantation House Manager is responsible for leading the overall Guest Services operation and ensuring exceptional, personalised service throughout every stage of the guest journey. You will oversee Guest Services operations including Guest Relations, Island Guides, Night Operations, Boutique operations, guest transfers, arrivals and departures, villa allocations and overall guest logistics. Working closely with all operational departments, you will ensure guest preferences, special requests and individual arrangements are communicated and delivered seamlessly. You will oversee villa readiness and inspections, handle guest feedback and service recovery, and ensure consistently high standards across all guest-facing operations. As a department leader,
you will manage and develop the Guest Services team through daily supervision, coaching, training and performance management. You will also be responsible for duty rosters and leave planning, departmental reporting and administration, operational resources, cost control and supporting revenue opportunities.
