ppProduction Specialist Vantive Ficarazzelli-Bagni Italia, IT /ph3Job Summary /h3pJoin our Valtellina Plant and help drive operational excellence and processes in a highly regulated production environment. In this role, you will work closely with Production Supervisors and cross-functional teams to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and support the manufacturing of products that make a meaningful difference in patients' lives worldwide. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliPartner with Production Supervisors to identify, prioritize, and implement improvement initiatives emerging from Value Stream Mapping activities. /liliSupport continuous improvement projects focused on reducing waste, minimizing rework, and increasing operational efficiency. /liliSupport production departments in managing EBR events /liliReview batch records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and product quality. /liliManage training activities for the departments, ensuring employees are appropriately trained and qualified /liliPerform procedural updates and continuous improvement of production procedures and work instructions. /liliContribute to maintaining a culture of quality, compliance,



and continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing organization. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Mechanical...) or Life Sciences (Chemistry, CTF, Biology...) /liliStrong interest in manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies. /liliExcellent communication and teamwork skills. /liliGood problem-solving and analytical capabilities. /liliGood English knowledge, written and spoken. /li /ulh3Salary /h3pThe minimum annual base salary for this position is 32.000Euro. /ph3Benefits /h3ulliIn addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for a competitive benefits package designed to support your well-being, professional growth, and life beyond work. /li /ulh3Other Details /h3pEmployment for this position is governed by the Italian Chemical and Pharmaceutical National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL Chimico-Farmaceutico). /ppWe are committed to fair and transparent pay practices and to creating an environment where people feel valued and supported.
