In this role, you will provide first-line technical support for motorcycles and vehicle systems, helping dealers diagnose and resolve issues. Responsabilità
- Provide first-line technical support via phone and ticketing systems
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Escalate complex cases when necessary and monitor follow-up activities




- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives

Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Fluent Italian and good English skills (B2 or above)
- Passion for motorcycles and vehicle technology
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently xkiyazw and in a team
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous experience in technical support, workshop environments, or after-sales services is a plus
