In this role you will support high‐value cross‐border M&A; and corporate transactions at a leading international law firm. You'll work with a collaborative, cross‐functional team to advise clients on complex deals, joint ventures, and restructurings, combining global execution with local market insight. You'll develop transactional and organizational skills while collaborating closely with clients and other lawyers.

Responsabilità

- Advise on public and private M&A;, disposals, demergers, joint ventures, restructurings, and high-value contracts
- Collaborate with antitrust, finance, capital markets, litigation, tax, pensions, employment, and real estate teams to deliver integrated advice




- Provide comprehensive support across the full range of corporate transactions, with emphasis on cross-border deals
- Work closely with clients and fellow lawyers to develop outstanding transactional and organizational skills
- Contribute to ongoing client engagements and deal execution with a practical, business-focused mindset

Requisiti fondamentali
- M&A; experience in a top-tier international law firm or Italian structured law firm
- Self-starter with strong xkiyazw academics and commercial awareness
- Team player with excellent communication, analytical and drafting skills
- Ability to lead deals while managing multiple workstreams
- Experience with listed company transactions is highly regarded
- Fluent in Italian and English
