Troubleshooting: Conduct remote or on-site investigations to identify product issues, maintain system operation, and ensure customers can use the products effectively. /li li2. Pre-sales support: Prepare technical proposals, write bid documents, demonstrate product functions to customers, and assist sales in closing deals. /li li3. Post-sales training: Teach customers how to use the products, collect feedback and pass it on to the RD department to improve the products. /li li4. Translation requirements for product and technical materials. /li /ul h3Requirement /h3 ul li1. Be willing to accept business trips arranged by the Italy branch for the market area. /li li2. Have at least two years of relevant or similar work experience. /li li3. Priority will be given to those who have worked for Chinese companies and have experience in leading teams. /li li4.
