Our client is a growing Food & Beverage company with ambitious plans and strong brands.

We're looking for a Site Manager who is eager to bring fresh ideas, modern manufacturing practices, and continuous improvement to the site.

Your Mission

You will take full ownership of a manufacturing site, leading people, performance, and transformation.

From production efficiency to team engagement, from safety to continuous improvement, you'll be the driving force behind a site that delivers results while creating an environment where people can thrive. With production spanning multiple product categories, the site offers a dynamic and complex manufacturing environment where flexibility, innovation, and operational excellence are key.

What You'll Own

- Leading all site operations across different Supply Chain functions (Production, Planning, Maintenance)
- Building a high-performing culture where accountability, collaboration and development come first.
- Driving productivity,



efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensuring world-class standards in Safety, Quality and Food Compliance.
- Translating business strategy into clear operational priorities and results.
- Coaching and developing future leaders across the organization.

What You Bring

- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Background in Engineering, Operations or Industrial Management.
- Strong experience leading large teams within Food & Beverage or related industries.
- Passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Fluent English.
