Overview
In this role, you manage a dedicated portfolio of Rimini accommodations partners, delivering strategic commercial guidance to boost performance. You empower partners to use Booking.com’s systems and products, driving growth and optimizing visibility on the platform. You work across channels to nurture relationships, share market insights, and implement partnership strategies that unlock opportunities in the local market. This position combines analytics, outreach, and cross-functional collaboration to shape partner success and regional growth.

Responsabilità
- Serve as primary contact for your portfolio with proactive communication via calls, messages, and in-person visits to support partner business development
- Analyze local market trends and performance data to recommend actions that improve partner results, availability,



and supply for Booking.com customers
- Drive new partnership strategies and identify potential partner leads to expand market presence
- Explain Booking.com products and connectivity options in a partner-relevant way
- Provide feedback to local and central teams to improve tools and products
- Organize, coordinate, and participate in trade fairs, workshops, and partner events

Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience in account management, sales or business development in the accommodations market
- Full professional proficiency in Italian and English
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and independent ownership
- Collaborative, self-motivated, flexible and adaptable approach
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel up to 25% within the region
- Experience in e-commerce, travel, online marketplaces or consultative commercial environments is desirable
