Financial Governance, Investments Performance /b /p ul lipOwn the site Profit Loss and ensure long-term economic sustainability. /p /li lipPrepare and manage annual budgets and periodic forecasts in coordination with Headquarters. /p /li lipDefine, prioritize, and manage site investment plans (CAPEX), ensuring alignment with operational needs, safety requirements, and return on investment. /p /li lipMonitor costs, productivity, service performance, and margins. /p /li lipIdentify risks and drive corrective actions and cost-optimization initiatives without compromising quality, safety, or compliance. /p /li /ul pb3.
Operations Management Decision Making /b /p ul lipDefine the operational organization model and production plans to meet demand, service levels, and efficiency targets. /p /li lipLead and supervise site functional managers (e.g. Production, Quality, Transport, Maintenance, Logistics). /p /li lipEnsure consistent application of operational procedures, technical standards, and regulatory requirements. /p /li lipManage critical situations, disruptions, and operational emergencies with speed, clarity, and authority. /p /li lipTake btimely and well-balanced decisions /b, including bdifficult and high-impact choices /b, in conditions of uncertainty and operational pressure. /p /li lipEvaluate and govern bmake-or-buy decisions /b related to production, logistics, and support activities, balancing cost efficiency, service quality, flexibility, and operational risk. /p /li /ul pb4.
