These essential elements ensure every experience is unique and unforgettable for our customersJOB PURPOSEThe candidate will join the Procurement team and will be responsible for the operational and strategic management of the packaging, small equipment, small household appliances, and ceramics categories, ensuring high standards of quality, cost efficiency, and supply chain continuity.The role involves strong cross-functional coordination with the Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams in order to support store needs and the development of new packaging solutions, including seasonal campaigns and special projects.RESPONSIBILITIESPackaging ManagementManagement and sourcing of packaging categories (shopping bags, boxes, gift packaging, takeaway and delivery materials, cups, etc.), both food-contact and commercial packagingCoordination of the development of seasonal packaging and holiday-specific packagingMonitoring demand and planning orders in collaboration with the Operations and Sales teamsSupplier ManagementIdentification, selection, and development of new suppliersManagement of commercial negotiations, tenders, and purchasing conditionsMonitoring supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery times,
and service levelsCollection and verification of all certifications in compliance with current regulationsCost and Budget ControlSupport, monitoring, and inventory analysis of cost centers and suppliersMonitoring and optimization of purchasing costsCost analysis and identification of continuous cost-saving opportunitiesSupport in defining and managing the budget for the assigned categoriesNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS4–7 years of experience in procurement / purchasing rolesPrevious experience in packaging management is preferredStrong negotiation and supplier management skillsGood cost analysis and budget management skillsExcellent knowledge of ExcelGood command of EnglishStrong organizational skills and ability to manage prioritiesStructured approach to problem solvingAccuracy and attention to detailAbility to work in a team and interact with different stakeholdersNice to HaveExperience in the food, hospitality, retail, or luxury sectorsExperience in managing premium packagingKnowledge of packaging materials and production processesAwareness of sustainability topics related to materialsGross Annual Salary 35.000€ - 45.000€CCNL Turismo e Pubblici EserciziJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
