The Role
We are looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager who is energetic, proactive, and motivated to grow with us. This person will play a role in building strong relationships with our partners and ensuring smooth collaboration across projects. You’ll be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where communication, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making are key.
We’re looking for someone who is self-driven, takes full ownership, and thrives in a startup-like environment where not every process is fully established. You should be proactive, willing to figure things out independently, and eager to learn and grow.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain positive relationships with partners, helping ensure a great client experience.
- Support new and existing clients and help guide them through our processes.
- Work with data and reports to understand performance and identify useful insights.
- Help identify opportunities to improve the client experience.
- Work closely with different teams to solve client-related questions and challenges.
- Learn and adapt to company tools, processes, technologies, and new topics.
- Take responsibility for your tasks and be proactive in finding solutions when challenges come up.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Support, or another client-facing role is preferred.
- A background or interest in gaming, mobile games, or digital entertainment is a plus.
- Good communication skills and confidence when speaking with clients, partners, and new people.
- Proactive, motivated, and organized, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Comfortable taking initiative and asking questions when needed.
- Able to manage different tasks and priorities with support from the team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment , where processes may continue to evolve.
- High energy, a strong work ethic, and genuine motivation to continuously learn and grow.
- Problem-solver with a positive, growth-oriented mindset.
