We are looking for a brilliant Global Account Manager specializing in the Luxury market for our Milan office.
As a Global Account Manager specializing in the Luxury market, you will leverage a deep understanding of the luxury customer landscape to drive strategic growth and deliver value-added solutions.
You will be responsible for delivering profitable growth, fostering strong customer relationships, and driving end-to-end supply chain solutions with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and customer-centric strategies.
This role requires strong knowledge of GEODIS' comprehensive offerings, including Contract Logistics, Freight Forwarding, and innovative supply chain solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Track record of driving business growth through targeted sales initiatives and cross-selling across GEODIS' service portfolio;
- Experience managing RFQs for complex and large-scale international logistics operations, ensuring optimal solutions and customer satisfaction;
- Leadership and Management: Demonstrated experience leading multicultural, cross-functional project teams within the transport and logistic sector;
- Skilled in managing customer relationships at senior levels, focusing on strategic alignment and building long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- Master’s degrees (BAC+5) in Sales with minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar position;
- Luxury Market knowledge;
- Deep understanding of luxury customers’ landscape;
- Leadership and strong communication skills;
- Solution-oriented mindset with intellectual curiosity and adaptability;
- Resilient, empathetic, and committed to delivering excellence;
- Ability to navigate and solve complex challenges with autonomy and creativity;
- Loyalty and efficiency, able to think out of the box;
