The inspiration behind the brand’s values, Oasi Zegna, continues to guide everything we do at ZEGNA - from supporting our people to fostering a culture of growth, where craftsmanship and innovation are core elements of our learning processes and long-term growth strategy. brYOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE brAs based in Milan, you will bring your unique strengths to the Team helping us to coordinate Zegna Su Misura projects and initiatives related to training programs, visual and sales strategy, CVM, communication and others to develop Zegna Su Misura business in a new omnichannel configuration.Su Misura Project Coordinator brYou’ll work closely with your Team to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow.brMore specifically you will: brCoordinate global Su Misura training projects, ensuring support to G/Local Academies, development and delivery of seasonal and continuous training materials, certification programs and alignment with Head of Academy and Retail Training teams to ensure consistency of practices, content and communication tools brSupport Su Misura engagement and community initiatives, managing platform and communication network brDevelop the communication strategy of global Su Misura retention programs and contests brCoordinate cross-functional activations with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Events, CRM/CVM and other key business functions, ensuring seamless implementation of global Su Misura initiatives and projects brWork directly with CVM in the implementation,
maintenance and expansion of Su Misura client database brAct as the key project governance reference for the Su Misura Department, ensuring effective management of timelines, budgets, stakeholders and project execution across strategic global initiatives WHO YOU ARE brYou bring at least 4 years of experience in the Luxury Industry brYou’re skilled in time and process/project management brYou have a strong passion for luxury brYou have strong analytical attitude (advanced proficiency in Excel) brYou’re known for your strong interpersonal skills, and it shows in how you work with others brYou communicate fluently in English (additional language is a plus) brYou’re open to travel frequently brWHAT WE OFFER brThe position provides for a gross annual base salary between: 35,000-40,000brRemuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender.brWithin the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. brThe position is expected to be classified within the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Tessile).
