You work across the full lifecycle, not just a layer You won’t be siloed into one task. You’ll move across implementation, code review, testing, and deployment - understanding how the whole system fits together, with senior engineers alongside you at every step.
You work in an AI-native engineering environment AI is not an afterthought here. It’s embedded into how we design, code, review, test, and ship software. You’re expected to actively leverage tools like Cursor, Claude, and Copilot to accelerate your own development cycles, improve code quality, and explore better solutions faster. We’ll help you build that muscle early.
