The first assignment will involve the development of a new customer-facing product, working alongside engineers who care deeply about software quality, automation, observability, and secure-by-design architectures. /ppWe don#39;t expect candidates to arrive with deep Rust expertise. Strong backend fundamentals, familiarity with distributed systems concepts, sound engineering judgment, and the ability to learn are more important to us. /ppstrongWhat You#39;ll Do /strong /pulliDesign and develop backend services in Rust /liliBuild distributed and asynchronous systems /liliContribute to architecture and technical decision-making /liliImprove system reliability, observability, security, and automation /liliWork primarily on long-term products rather than short-lived implementations /li /ulpstrongWhat We#39;re Looking For /strong /pulli2+ years of professional experience developing backend applications /liliFamiliarity with the challenges of distributed and asynchronous systems, including concepts such as eventual consistency, idempotency,
